Trish Poole, Executive Vice President of Administration and Support

At Citizens, Trish supervises the Support, IT, and Security Teams. Her many responsibilities include reviewing the daily trouble tickets and tasks. She also works closely with the 24/7 Support Call Center and Citizens’ Board members. 

What is your favorite thing to do on your off time?

Spending time with my family!

What is a little known fact about you?

Growing up as a little girl, I lived on a mountain and walked a mile to and from the school bus everyday. For any of you that don’t believe that, just ask Brandon Q and he will confirm.

How do you plan to use your Volunteer Time Off?

Working at New River Community Action and Montgomery County Christmas Store.

Tell us about something on your bucket list. 

Ski in Colorado. I love to ski when I get the time.  

What is the secret to a good life?

Serving the Lord with all your heart, and making memories with your family as much as possible!

What do you remember most about your first job?

Working late hours – I worked at Western Sizzlin Steakhouse in Christiansburg as a teenager. It’s now Ruby Tuesday.
