For direct-dialed domestic voice calls. Not intended for data use. Citizens reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, bill usage charges, or cancel service without prior notice if Citizens determines that usage is not consistent with business customer voice usage. ** All lines in your hunt group or rollover lines, have to have the same long distance plan for the Unlimited Service.  This would exclude lines such as the Fax Lines or private lines outside the Hunt Group.

Calling Features

  • Allows you to have a second number with a single phone line. When called, this second number has it own unique ring.
  • Allows you to quickly dial the last incoming number that called or attempted to call you.
  • Alerts you with a beep during a telephone conversation that another call is waiting to be answered.
  • This service allows you to designate quiet times where callers will be blocked from calling you unless they have a 4 digit PIN override access number.
  • Allows you to transfer an existing call to another phone number.
  • Allows you to redirect all calls to any desired telephone number. You can accept calls at another number or have your calls answered by someone else while you are away.

*Special phones are not necessary with this system. Phones can be provided by Citizens or Customer. If Citizens provides the phones, the Customer will be billed a one time fee for the phones.
