Todd begins his day at Citizens by preparing for his installs. He provisions equipment and ensures that he has things ready to network and connect his customers. Todd is highly-skilled in services that use Fiber, DSL and Cable Modem. He balances his day to handle installs and support trouble calls throughout the Ft. Chiswell and New Castle areas. He can also be depended on to conduct system maintenance.

What is your favorite thing to do on your off time?
Riding the motorcycle with my wife and finding new places to eat.
How do you use your Volunteer Time Off?
I would like to volunteer at the Open Door Cafe.

Location, small-town living but close enough to the cities to visit when I want.
Tell us about something on your bucket list. Why do you want to do that?
Back road it across the country on my motorcycle. The highway system doesn’t allow us to find the hidden gems out there.
Are you into podcasts or do you only listen to music? What do you listen to and why?
On occasion, I listen to the Joe Rogan Podcast because he has some interesting guests and the ability to engage them for entertaining content. Overall mostly listen to music. Rock and Country.
