Melissa is one of the friendly voices who answers the phone in the billing department. She is eager to provide excellent support to our customers who call with billing questions. She also works on billing orders and changes made to customer’s accounts.

Spending time with my family, hiking & camping.
How do you plan to use your Volunteer Time Off?
I volunteered for Plenty! I also help out with the Halloween event here at Citizens.
What is a little known fact about you?
I love history and genealogy!
What is your favorite thing about your home?
It’s where I raised my family, and I have been living there or close to there my whole life. It gives me a sense of peace.
What is the scariest thing you have done for fun?
Snorkeling in the ocean in Key Largo because I am very scared of water.
What type of music do you like?
I listen to all kinds of music. I really love Rock Alternative.
What is the secret to a good life?
Having faith in God. Spending time with family.
What was the last show you binge-watched? What made it interesting?
Longmire was the last show I binge-watched. I love the many stories happening within each episode.

People not using their signal when they drive.

I would like to see the Grand Canyon because the pictures are so beautiful.
Have you ever disliked something and then changed your mind?
I really like artichokes now, and I would have never tried them 20 years ago.
What do you remember most about your first job?
I worked at a nursing home and I loved all the patients, but it was hard work.
What makes you feel most alive?
Standing on top of a mountain! I love to look at the views!
