Jamie Cooper, Broadband Tech

Jamie spends a bit of time each morning at his computer, checking trouble tickets if he is assigned to work troubles or checking scheduled installs if he is working in the install zone. Once he has a plan, he loads equipment and heads out for his day where he will either run wires and hook up new service or troubleshoot issues with established services. Regardless of the day’s assignments, Jamie keeps quality service at the top of his list.
