It’s easy to start a session from a Smart Office client or simply login from any web browser. Easily invite participants from anywhere in the world, all guests need is a web browser.

Citizens Hosted UC extends the reach of the desk phone on to computers, smartphones, and tablets, allowing users to be anywhere and on virtually any device and still be "in-the-office". Calling Features
- Allows you to have a second number with a single phone line. When called, this second number has it own unique ring.
- Allows you to quickly dial the last incoming number that called or attempted to call you.
- Alerts you with a beep during a telephone conversation that another call is waiting to be answered.
- This service allows you to designate quiet times where callers will be blocked from calling you unless they have a 4 digit PIN override access number.
- Add a third party to an existing telephone conversation
- Allows you to transfer an existing call to another phone number.
- Allows you to redirect all calls to any desired telephone number. You can accept calls at another number or have your calls answered by someone else while you are away.
- Check your messages from your PC, tablet, or SmartPhone. Voicemails are sent to your inbox.
SIP Trunk
Citizens is pleased to offer our traditional SIP Trunking with the added capability and reliability of SD WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network). Citizens SD WAN solution includes three main elements that, when combined, provide a complete solution for application performance, quality of experience, and business continuity. Those three elements are:
- Application Priority - gives businesses the ability to prioritize business-critical traffic over routine traffic. This prioritization can be applied to a single or multi-link environment giving flexibility to your deployment strategy.
- Mult-link Performance - enables routing of mission-critical voice and/or data traffic with the highest performing link. Our solution will continually measure link quality and move traffic accordingly based on service degradation or outage.
- Stateful SIP Transfer or SST - combines the first two elements to manage SIP voice sessions across multiple links. SST can move SIP sessions based on degradation, meaning your voice sessions will stay up, virtually eliminating dropped calls and poor voice quality.
You can have the assurance of better voice quality and application performance by utilizing multiple WAN links which together will deliver better uptime and resiliency.
