We have received notice that our provider, Southern FiberNet,
has upgraded the SFN TV Now streaming TV app. The message you will receive is shown here.
From your app store, you will need to download the newest version of SFN TV NOW Gen 2. (Be sure to type as one word when searching.)

You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password. If you need this information, please give us a call at 540.745.2111 or 276.637.6485.
You will also be prompted to Name the Device you are downloading the app onto.
(You will need a unique name per device.)
SFN has extended the deadline to upgrade to the new Gen 2 SFN TV Now app.
Please be sure to download the new app by searching for sfntvnow (all one word) in your app store and sign in by Friday, October 10th to avoid interruption of your TV service. You can delete Gen 1 SFN TV Now app from your devices.
Please note:
- The usernames and passwords are the same as you used for the Gen 1, and will work on the Gen 2 app.
- You will need to set up your Favorites and DVR recordings, as these will not transfer from Gen1 to Gen2.
- On your Roku remote, you will now use the OK button in place of the * button to get additional feature options (Record, Restart, etc.) Firestick users are accustomed to the * button.
