Citizens is seeking a qualified applicant to join our Engineering team. This opening requires a blend of skills and a minimum 2-year degree in Electronics, GIS (Geographic Information System), or CAD (Computer Aided Design) is required.

Job duties will vary from electronic mapping and design of networks, reading and preparing electronic schematics, and staking of construction plans for outside plant network facilities. The individual must be proficient with a computer and with CAD/GIS systems, office productivity software such as Google G-Suite or Microsoft Office.
Must maintain a valid driver's license with a positive driving record.
