On Saturday, January 29, 2022, our billing system will be updated giving our staff limited access to account information during business hours. We encourage you to pay your bill and handle any account upgrades/changes by Friday, January 28th.
Our Drive-thru will be *closed* on January 29th, our staff will be available by phone to assist you with bill payments. Please have your payment stub available and press 4 to make a payment when calling our office. However, should you view your account online, your account will not reflect payment until the following week.
Our employees will monitor phone calls and our 24/7 Support Team will be available to assist you as best possible during this time. Having your Account Number when you call will expedite assistance.
Technical support, equipment configuration, and new service transactions will be limited. We will follow up on all calls and transactions on Monday, January 31st.
