Russell Janney, Engineering Supervisor

At Citizens, Russell starts his day outlining construction and engineering projects with his team. They discuss mapping, permits, and service orders for projects they are working on. The day continues with collaboration as he works with teammates and contractors to orchestrate the Fiber to the Home project and service installation orders. He also aims to quickly solve any service issues that come up. Russell ensures quality by traveling out to check on the progress of the numerous crews constructing our facilities or to find solutions to problems they may have.
