Brandon Quesenberry, Installation and Repair Manager

Brandon is responsible for overseeing the scope of work for Citizens’ installations and repairs. He works with broadband, fiber, and security technicians daily ensuring that quality and safety standards are met on all installations, repair work, and maintenance work. Brandon is always on the move. He could be in the office one minute or in the field the next as he looks for better ways to serve our customers and assist our employees. In this business, technology can change very rapidly, but we have a team at Citizens that is dedicated to ensuring a great end-user experience for our customers.

What is the secret to a good life?

2020 has been interesting, to say the least. In a world that seems to be filled with so much hate, division, and fear, there are many who are searching for the answers to the secrets to a good life. There is hope! There are so many secrets to a good life, so it’s difficult to just hit on one. For me, it all changed when I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart. I found out as you trust in him, you will be rooted and grounded in his love. You will be motivated by God’s heart and not by the world around you.  I found out it wasn’t just about myself, but it’s about others. God will bring stability, purpose, and wisdom into your life. I believe in the Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Do not focus on what others have, but be thankful for what you have. Every one of us has opportunities to show love and kindness to others every day, and we don’t have to pay a dime for it.

What is the scariest thing you’ve ever done for fun?

I watched a lot of Dukes of Hazzard, I will let your imagination fill in the rest. :)

Tell us about something on your bucket list.

Go on a mission trip with my family. I love to help others, and I would like to experience the different cultures and lifestyles that I would more than likely never encounter in the states.

What was the last show you binge-watched? What made it interesting?

Survivor. You never know who is going to win!

Are you into podcasts or do you only listen to music?

Crazy Love and Dave Ramsey (I’m still bad with money by the way). I listen mostly to Christian music but enjoy other music as well.

Have you ever disliked something and then changed your mind?

Sushi

What do you remember most about your first job?

I worked in HVAC for my first job. I remember almost having heat strokes in hot attics in the summer and feeling like I was getting hypothermia on new construction in the wintertime. It seemed kind of miserable most days, but I had a good group of people to work with which made it fun! I learned a lot about teamwork and customer service.

Tell us about a pet peeve you have.

Slow Internet:)

What makes you feel most alive?

Being outdoors and seeing God’s creation
