Citizens Customer Repair Center is open 24-hours a day, 365 days a year to receive your call. Our Repair Center representatives will work with you to resolve your problem immediately over the phone or will schedule a service technician. Most requests for service, particularly those concerning a complete outage on one or more channels, are responded to within 24 hours.
If you have a question regarding your account, please call the service phone number for your area during business office hours. Our customer service advocates will assist you with questions concerning your billing, payments, and programming.
