Heath is responsible for installing services at the customer’s home. He starts his days configuring equipment making necessary firmware updates to ensure a good customer experience. He also runs support calls and performs other duties like testing equipment, working with the newest in technology, and more.

Tinkering with various little projects like fixing things or working on guitars.

At one time I had 3 pet snakes.

Probably work at a food bank.

What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done for fun?
I rode the Fury 325 at Carowinds. It’s a pretty wicked coaster.
What was the last show you binge-watched?
Yellowstone. It is a modern Western with compelling characters.
What type of music do you listen to?
I listen to almost all types of music, but I tend to hover around the blues and rock genres.
Tell us about something on your bucket list.
I’ve always wanted to go skydiving. I just think that would be a cool experience.

What do you remember most about your first job?
I remember smelling like hamburgers at the end of the day when I worked at Hardee’s.
