Citizens does not backup data unless requested (charges apply). Citizens is not responsible for lost data, even if a backup is requested. If a backup is requested every reasonable attempt will be made to backup data; however often when a hard drive is on the verge of failure, some data may be unrecoverable and therefore cannot be backed up or restored. Special orders of hardware and software may be non-refundable or charged a re-stock fee. All returns to manufacturer will be done by the customer.
