Tom Swanson, Broadband Tech

Tom’s day starts out at the office where he happily makes the Broadband Techs coffee, gets the equipment ready for his days’ installs and meets with fellow Technicians to discuss relevant topics and/or upcoming work to be done.  After that, he heads to the Customer’s home and either performs the scheduled install or works on resolving a trouble that the customer may be having. Often, Tom handles more than one install or trouble on a given day. He also performs plant maintenance as time permits.
