Santanna spends a lot of her day on the phone with or working in the lobby with our customers. She might be helping to troubleshoot a service issue, answering questions about technology, or following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Her responsibilities also include provisioning and testing equipment and coordination of install orders. She does it all with a smile. Santanna has a great sense of humor which keeps her co-workers laughing.

What is your favorite thing to do on your off time?

I love spending time with my family and taking my girls out.

What is a little known fact about you?

I went to school to be a Pharmacy Technician. 

What is your favorite thing about your home?

All of the memories we have made together. 

What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done for fun?

Bungee Jumping.

Tell us about something on your bucket list. Why do you want to do that?

I would like to skydive sometime. It is something my dad and I have always wanted to do together. 

What do you remember most about your first job?

I was hired as a waitress. I couldn’t understand my boss since he was from Greece. On my first day, I walked in, and all he said was, “Go work.” There was no training!
