Kathy Conner, Customer Care Support Specialist

Kathy is dedicated to providing excellent support. She gives top priority to reviewing any trouble tickets, calling customers and resolving issues with phone, TV, or Internet. If she can’t fix the issues then she sends it out to the Broadband Technicians to resolve. Kathy also assists customers who come into the lobby with service needs. This includes provisioning modems and TV set top boxes as well as initiating trouble tickets. Kathy is instrumental in the order flow for new services and service changes for customers.

Fun Fact: Kathy’s office plant has lived here for over 10 years, and it’s slowly taking over the back office. She must have one green thumb!

What is your favorite thing to do on your off time?

I love going to yard sales! I love finding those bargains and can’t resist buying things that I don’t need!

What is a little known fact about you?

Most people don’t know that after my boys were grown I went to college for 2 years and earned a college degree.

How do you use or plan to use VTO?

I plan to use my VTO for my church fundraisers that benefit the church and community.

What is your favorite thing about your home?

My favorite thing about my home is that it is “home”. Going home is what I look forward to after working every day. It’s where all our memories are from raising our kids and everything that my family has shared over the years. I love relaxing in the swing on the front porch and just thinking back on all those memories and with a good book too!

What makes you feel most alive?

Being with family– especially when we get together with all the children and grandchildren for holidays and birthdays. The house is full of joy and laughter.
