If using a domain name other than @swva.net, you must enter your domain name in the Server name fields as follows:
POP3 Server Host Name: mail.yourdomainname.com (or .net, .org, etc.)
SMTP Server Host Name: smtp.swva.net

Step 1: Open Pegasus Mail
Step 2: Click with the left mouse button on [File] located near the top, to make a menu appear.

Step 3: On this menu, click on [Network configuration...] A dialog of options should appear.
Step 4: Enter your email address under General Settings

Step 5: Click on the Receiving [POP3] tab
Step 6: Click Add
Step 7: Click New create a new POP3 download definition

Step 8: Enter swva.net for the definiton name
Step 9: Enter mail.swva.net for the Server Host Name
Step 10: Enter your email address for the User Name
Step 11: Enter your password in the Password field

Step 12: Click OK
Step 13: Highlight swva.net and click Select.

Step 14: Click on the Sending [SMTP] tab
Step 15: Click Add
Step 16: Click New in order to create a new SMTP definition
Step 17: Enter swva.net for the definition name
Step 18: Enter smtp.swva.net for the Server Host Name

Step 19: Click on the Security Tab
Step 20: Check Login to the SMTP server using a POP3 username/password
Setp 21: Select or type in swva.net for the POP3 definition

Step 22: Click OK
Step 23: Highlight swva.net and click select

Step 24: Click OK and you're done
