Instructions for Microsoft Exchange

If using a domain name other than @swva.net, you must enter your complete email address in the Username field and your domain name in the Server name fields as follows:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname.com (or .net, .org, etc.)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.swva.net

Step 1: Open Microsoft Exchange
Step 2: Click with the left mouse button on [Tools] located near the top, to make a menu appear.
Step 3: On this menu, click on [Options...] A dialog of options should appear.

Step 4: Click on the [Services] tab.
Step 5: Click on the Internet Mail option.
Step 6: Click on the [Properties] button. Another dialog of options should appear.
Step 7: Change the Internet Mail Server information as follows. ("username" is your username, "Your Name" is your name, and the password will only show up as asterisks)

Step 8: Click on the [Advanced Options...] tab. Another dialog box should appear.
Step 9: Change the information as follows.

Step 10: Click OK.
Step 11: Click OK again.
Step 12: Click OK again. Your setup is complete.
