There are several options to try to re-program your TV:

• Some TV’s will re-program if you un-plug them and plug them back in a minute later. This is not the case for all TV’s so it may not work.
• The customer can try to re-program from the menu system of the TV if they are familiar with it. 
• For customers that are not familiar with their TV’s menu system they will need to refer to their user’s guide or manual. If they do not have their TV’s manual anymore they will need to contact the manufacturer or if they have internet access they can look up the company’s web site and find their support information.
