• View current billing statement
• View call detail
• View SMS detail
• Pay Bill

• Call Verizon Wireless Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 from your landline phone and follow the prompts. (You will need to enter your cellular phone number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number)
• Pay by electronic check - must input Routing Number and Account Number
